My last dragon pic looked a little... Puff the Magic Dragon-ish.

Didnt really like it.

This is a modified version of that same mesh... very modified.

Done using Zbrush and Corel Painter.

much better, good job on scales and textures.
neck and horn modelisation could be better. for horns I agree it can be difficult. for neck what you can do it is not dig wrinkles but "inflat" (I'm not sure about the tool, just test) skin bend! ;)
